Booking Conditions

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE

We require a deposit of £90 per week or part week for lodges, £70 per week or part week for holiday caravans or £50 per week or part week for touring, camping and camping pods (plus cancellation plan if required). Your balance is to be paid 28 days before your holiday.

CANCELLATION

Unless written notice of cancellation is received not less than 28 days prior to the commencement of your reservations period, you will be liable for the full amount due. The deposit for each week is non-returnable.

CANCELLATION PLAN

Must be taken at time of booking and is £3 a night for lodges, £2 per night for Caravans and £1 per night for touring, camping and camping pods. Our Cancellation Plan covers the whole of your party up to the day before your holiday commences against cancellation due to:

A) Redundancy or jury service
B) Accident, injury, illness or death of a member of the party or of a close relative
C) Pregnancy of a member of party or close relation

We guarantee to return the FULL AMOUNT of deposit and balance paid to Whitehill Country Park under this scheme. Please give as much notice as possible and provide the appropriate authorative document in confirmation of your reason for cancellation, i.e. Doctor's Certificate, Death Certificate and Redundancy. Claims outside the specified reasons for cancellation do not qualify.

BOOKINGS

We are a family holiday park and we reserve the right to refuse bookings from single sex parties and young parties. We also reserve the right to refuse acceptance or terminate the visit of any persons whose conduct is detrimental to the park. The accommodation and facilities shall only be used by the persons stated on the booking. Bookings are non-transferable, are for a maximum of 3 weeks and for 6 persons. If you request a certain number this can not be guaranteed and may be subject to change.

PARKING/VEHICLES

Please use the main parking for all second cars, large vehicles, boats and trailers. We do not accept commercial vehicles.

FACILITIES

Availability and opening of facilities may be subject to change. We endeavour to inform you of any changes.

PETS

We accept well-behaved dogs in certain areas on the park for specific times of the year. Dogs are permitted Feb-1 June, 11 June-20 July and 3 Sept - Dec 2012. Dogs and other pets, except assistance dogs, are not permitted inside holiday caravans, rental lodges, camping pods, park buildings or around the poolside at any time. Dogs are permitted in the outside areas of the bar and cafe. Dogs must be kept on a lead under strict control and can only be exercised in the specified area. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after dogs at all times. Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time. Noise from the dog must be kept to a minimum. We reserve the right to ask the owner of any dog which causes a nuisance or a threat to remove the dog immediately. We cannot accept any breeds listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. In any other case, the breed must be agreed with the park owner before allowing onto the park. Maximum of 2 dogs per pitch.

PRICES

All prices are inclusive of VAT and are in Pounds Sterling. Prices and special offers are correct at the time of writing and may be subject to change.

PODS
Our pods come with willow screening along with tables and chairs. Please note, we only allow Willow screening to be used as windbreaks.

BBQS
Please ensure that the BBQ is raised up from the ground using bricks and not directly on the grass or decking area. Bricks can be hired from reception free of charge.
